摘要
将SD大鼠随机分成训练组和对照组,参照Bedford大鼠耐力训练模型对训练组进行电动跑台训练,16周后将SD大鼠断头处死,将胸主动脉取出,使用计算机图像采集及分析系统测量血管环的张开角、壁厚、内径并计算壁厚/内径。结果表明:在零应力状态下测定张开角发现,训练组的张开角比对照组减小,而血管的壁厚却无明显差异;在血管的管径方面,训练组较对照组明显增大。表明耐力运动可以造成SD大鼠胸主动脉零应力状态及几何形态学的重建。
Spraque dawley rats were randomly divided into a traning group and a control group. The former was trained on treadmill in the light of Bedford rat endurance training model, and 16 weeks later, the rats were decapitated and their thoracic aortas were taken out and used to test the opening angle, wall thickness (WT), internal diameter (ID) and the ratio of WT and ID with a computer picture collection and analysis system. The results indicate when determining the opening angle under the zero-stress state, the fingdings are that the opening angle of the training group is smaller than that of the control group, but there is no obvious difference between the two groups in vascular wall thickness, and compared with the control group, the vascular diameter of the training group is obviously enlarged. All these show that the endurance exercise can cause the remodelling of thoracic aorta zero-stress state and geometry morphology of SD rats.
