反向遗传学技术在负链RNA病毒研究中的建立及应用 被引量:2

摘要 反向遗传学技术作为一种新兴的分子生物学实验操作技术,在生命科学研究的诸多领域均有广泛应用,它通过构建RNA病毒的感染性分子克隆,在DNA分子水平上对其进行体外操作,从而达到研究病毒结构与功能的目的。本文就反向遗传学操作技术在负链RNA病毒研究中的建立及应用作一综述。
