摘要 分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(Sfrp)通过具有同源结构的半胱氨酸富含区(CRD)与Wnt信号通路的特异性受体卷曲蛋白受体(Fz受体)竞争结合,从而抑制Wnt信号通路的传导。近年来,随着分子和基因水平的深入研究,发现Sfrp在抗肿瘤及调控细胞凋亡等方面发挥重要作用,从而为抗肿瘤研究以及调控组织和细胞的增殖与分化提供了新的思维模式。本文旨从Wnt与其通路抑制因子Sfrp的关系、Sfrp的组成与表达特点及Sfrp对机体的作用三个方面进行综述。 Sfrp, a kind of secreted frizzled-related protein, can suppress the transduetian of Wnt pathway signaling by competitive binding with Fz receptor. Fz receptor is a specific recoptor of the Wnt signal signaling, which has the CRD stmetre, homologous with the CRD of Sfrp. Recently, with the further study in molecular and gene level,the important role of Sfrp on suppressing tumor growth and regulating apoptosis was revealed, which opens a new view for us on tumor study and regulation of the proliferation and differentiation of tissues and cells. This article reviews sfrp ( suppressor factor of wnt pathway signaling) of its constitution and expression character, its relationship with Wnt pathway and its effect on body.
