摘要 同型半胱氨酸是甲硫氨酸代谢过程中产生的一种含硫氨基酸。随着研究的不断深入,研究人员发现高同型半胱氨酸血症不仅是脑血管病的独立危险因素,还可能在认知功能障碍、帕金森病等多种神经系统疾病的病理生理过程中发挥了重要作用。本文就高同型半胱氨酸血症在脑血管疾病、认知功能障碍、帕金森病领域的研究进展作一综述。 Homocysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid resulting from metabolic process of methionine. With the further development of its study, Hyperhomocysteinemia has been identified not only as a independent risk factor of cerebrovascnlar disease,but also to play an important role in the pathophysiological process of cognitive impairment and Parkinson's disease. This article briefly reviews study progress of Hyperhomocysteinemia in cerebrovascular disease,cognitive dysfunction and Parkinson's disease.
