摘要 交感神经兴奋性增高在慢性肾脏病的进展中起着重要作用,本文就慢性肾脏病交感神经兴奋性增高的机制、治疗对策、交感神经阻断剂的使用现状及存在问题综述如下。 Sympathetic hyperactivity plays an important role in the progression of chronic kidney disease. This article reviews the mechanism and therapeutic method of sympathetic hyperactivity as well as the application status and existing problem of sympathetic blocking agent.
