基因芯片技术在卵巢癌研究中的应用

摘要 卵巢癌是一种预后较差的女性生殖道恶性肿瘤。对其发生发展中分子机制及相关基因的研究对于临床上寻找病因、早期诊断及病理分型方面都有重要价值。基因芯片技术以其高通量、高效率的特点在肿瘤研究方面有着无可比拟的优势。本文综述近年来基因芯片技术在卵巢癌中的研究进展,以期对其分子全貌有更深入的了解。 Ovarian carcinoma has the worst prognosis among gynecological malignancies, so it is valuable to research the molecular mechanism and related genes during its occurrence and development for the etiology searching, early diagnosis and pathological grouping of this disease. Gene chip technique has unexampled advantages in tumor study with the characteristics of high -flux and high efficiency. This article reviews recent progresses of gene chip technique in ovarian cancer study in order to have a furter full view of its molecular.
