摘要 许多动物和临床大型试验显示血脂紊乱可造成动脉粥样硬化的形成和进展,而高血糖能加速斑块的形成。本文试图讨论糖尿病、血糖控制药物与心血管疾病之间的关系。 Many animal or clinical experiments showed that dyslipidemia results in the genesis and progression of atherosclerosis, while the high blood sugar can aecelarate the formation of palque. This article reviews relationship among diabetes, blood sugar controlling and cardiovascular diseases.
