摘要 随着干细胞生物学和基因工程技术的发展,成体干细胞移植作为一种新的治疗方法已开始应用于心血管疾病。本文就成体干细胞的生物学特性、可塑性的机制、影响其分化的因素以及成体干细胞在冠心病、扩张性心肌病、心力衰竭和心律失常方面的应用进行综述。 Following the development of stem cells biology and gene engineering, the transplant of adult stem cells as a new treatment has been applieded in heart diseases. In this article, we reviews adult stem cells about its bionomics, the mechanism of its plasticity and factors affecting its differentiation as well as its application in coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, heart failure and, arrhythmia.
