摘要
对心力衰竭发生、发展机制的新认识推动了心力衰竭治疗干预策略的转变,许多大规模多中心的临床试验证实了β受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭治疗中的重要作用,从而确立了其在心力衰竭治疗中的重要地位,但如何在临床实践中合理、规范和有效地应用,仍是我国医生面临的重大课题。
The new recognition about the mechanism of genesis and development in heart failure impulses the transformation of intervention strategy in treating this disease. Many multicentric clinical trials had certified the important role of Beta-adreneceptor antagonists in the therapy of heart failure. Although these data established its key role in the treatment of heat failure,how to use this drug more reasonable, standard and effictive in clinic is still the big problem facing the doctors in our country.
