锌基合金压铸保持架的力学性能与压铸工艺参数的关系

Relationship Between Mechanical Properties of Zine Alloy Die-Casting Bearings Cages and Parameter of Die-Casting Technology

试验分析了压铸参数对锌基合金压铸保持架力学性能的影响。结果指出，在中等压铸参数和较低的压射速度条件下，保持架的相对变形度和抗拉强度可达到最佳值；对于相对变形度来说，压射速度对其的影响比压铸参数更大。附图4幅，参考文献5篇。

The effect of die-casting parameters on mechanical properthe of zincalloy die-casting boring cages was examined and analyzed. The result showed that optimunvalue of relative defotmation and tensile strength of the bering cagds can be achieved undercondition of medium die-casting perameters and lower injection velocity. On the relative de-formation, injection velocity has a greater effect than die-casting parameters.
