摘要
以中国第二重型机械集团公司“十五”期间快速发展的历程为主线,从公司战略规划的高度,精细化管理角度,浅析构建战略管理体系,创新管理方法。
Mainly following the track of fast dcvelopment of China National Erzhong Group Co. , in Tenth Five - year Plan Period, from the view of strategic plan arid fine management, the author concludes that the most effective way to create the best heavy mamffacturing industry base in China is based on strategic management system, management innovation and fine management.
