摘要
在自然条件下对金叶女贞(Ligustrum vicaryi)和小叶女贞(Ligustrum quihouiCarr)的光合生理特性进行了比较研究。结果表明:金叶女贞的比叶质量和叶绿素含量均极显著低于小叶女贞,而叶绿素a/b和类胡萝卜素/叶绿素则高于小叶女贞;金叶女贞的光合能力低于小叶女贞,净光合速率、表观量子效率、羧化效率、PSⅡ原初光化学效率和PSⅡ的潜在活性均低于小叶女贞;金叶女贞和小叶女贞的净光合速率日变化均为双峰曲线,水分利用效率均为单谷曲线,二者发生光合“午休”现象的原因不同。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Ligustrum vicaryi in the fields were studied in comparison with Ligustrum quihoui Carr. The results showed that the specific leaf weight (SLW) and chlorophyll content of Ligustrum vicaryi were much lower than those of Ligustrum quihoui Carr, but the chlorophyll a/b and carotenoid/chlorophyll were significant higher than those of Ligustrum quihoui Carr. The photosynthetic activity of Ligustrum vicaryi was much lower than that of Ligustrum quihoui Carr, and net photosynthetic rate (P.), apparent quantum yield ( AQY), carboxylation efficiency ( CE), Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo of Ligustrum vicaryi were significantly lower than those of Ligustrum quihoui Carr. Both of the diurnal variation of Po were double peaks curve, and that of water use efficiency (WUE) were single valley curve, but the reason of emidday depression, phenomenon of photosynthesis were different between them.
