摘要
利用室内选育的棉铃虫对辛硫磷抗性品系(Phoxim-R)和室内长期饲养的敏感品系(BK77)进行遗传杂交,研究了棉铃虫对辛硫磷的抗性遗传规律。结果表明:Phoxim-R品系与BK77品系相比对辛硫磷具有129倍抗性,正反交后代对辛硫磷的抗性分别为22.6和25.3倍,表明棉铃虫对辛硫磷的抗性为常染色体遗传,主效基因为不完全显性。通过分析杂交F1代和敏感亲本回交后代的辛硫磷LD-P线,表明棉铃虫对辛硫磷的抗性为单基因性状。
The inheritance mode of resistance to phoxim in the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera ( Hubner), was evaluated using genetic crosses between resistant and susceptible strains in the laboratory. The resistant strain (Phoxim-R) used was selected in laboratory by phoxim and shown 129. 9-fold resistance to phoxim compared with the susceptible strain (BK77). Resistance to phoxim of F1 hybrids from reciprocal crosses was 22. 6-fold and 25. 3-fold respectively, indicating that the phoxim resistance is not sex linked and incompletely dominant. Analysis of the LD-P line to phoxim of the backcross between F1 hybrids and BK77 showed that the phoxim resistance in H. armigera was controlled by a single gene locus.
