For the present, the development of intemet makes the infringement of periodical copyright to be easier, and brings the challenge for the periodical copyright protection. To protect the periodical copyright in the internet circumstance, we must solve the problem of the evidence collection and the region jurisdiction in lawsuit, determine the person to take responsibility including the network service business and the problem of estimating the compensation amount.
