增生性瘢痕组织内IL-24基因mRNA的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的测定人白介素24(IL-24)基因在增生性瘢痕组织内的表达,以探讨IL-24基因在增生性瘢痕形成过程中的意义。方法分别以普通瘢痕和正常皮肤作为对照,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术(RT-PCR)测定IL-24基因在正常皮肤、普通瘢痕及增生性瘢痕组织中的表达水平。结果在全部的正常皮肤、普通瘢痕及增生性瘢痕组织中,IL-24基因均有表达。IL-24基因在增生性瘢痕内的表达水平明显低于正常皮肤和普通瘢痕(P<0.01),在普通瘢痕组织中的表达与正常皮肤相比则无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论IL-24基因在增生性瘢痕的形成过程中起着重要的作用,增生性瘢痕的形成可能与IL-24基因在组织中的表达低下有关。 Objective To observe the mRNA expression of interleukin 24 (IL-24) gene in hypertrophic scars and to explore the significance of IL-24 in the formation and development of hypertrophic Mars. Methods IL-24 mRNA levd was detected with semiquanthative reverse polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in hypertrophic scars, common Mars and normal skin. The comparison of IL-24 mRNA level was performed among the hypertrophic scars, common scars and normal skins. Results IL-24 gene expressed in all hypertrophic .scars, common scars and normal skin. The mRNA level of IL-24 gene in hypertrophic scars was significantly lower compared with those in common scares and nomal skin, respectively (P〈 0.01). The conmmon scares and normal skin had a similar expression of IL-24. Conclusion The formation of hypertrophic scars might be due to down-regulated expression of IL-24.
