摘要
测定了TiC/Ni3Al复合材料的物性参数.对TiC/Ni3Al系梯度材料在制备过程中产生的残余应力以及在隔热使用时产生的工作应力,进行了热弹性假设下的有限元模拟在综合考虑热应力最小、应力强度比值最小以及纯TiC侧应力状态的基础上,完成了FGM的热应力缓和设计与结构优化结果表明,按线性组成分布设计是体系的最佳设计.
The mechanical and thermal properties of TiC/Ni3Al composites with different Ni3Al volume fraction are first tested. The thermal stresses of TiC / Ni3Al FGMs in the preparation and working processes are calculated by the finite element method under thermoelastic assumption. Based on the synthetic analysis for the minimum stress, the minimum stress-strength ratio and the stress state of pure TiC side, the thermal stress relaxation design and structure optimization of TiC/Ni3Al FGMs are fulfilled. The results show that the linear compositional distribution design is reasonable for the FGM system.
