民办艺术教育发展成效显著,是国办教育的必要补充、是国情的必需,能进能出的人事制度为国办教育在人事制度改革方面提供了宝贵经验。但是,单一的融资渠道、文化素质和教师队伍等方面存在着问题。民办艺术教育要持续健康发展,采取的对策是,拓宽融资渠道,重视文化素质教育和建立相对稳定的专(兼)职的教师队伍等。

The private-owned arts education has achieved remarkable success these years. It＇s the necessary complement to the state-run education and the essential for national conditions. Its personnel system with great mob ility provides valuable experience to the personnel system reform in state-run education. But the private-owned art education also has many problems, such as single fmancing channels, low cultural level of students and the unstable teacher＇s staff etc. To develop the private-owned art education continuously needs to broaden the financing channels, to improve the cultural education and to establish a relatively stable teacher＇s staff, both specific duty and concurrentpost.
