摘要
通过SEM观察了机械镀锌专用锌粉的表面形貌和粒度,分析了其在镀液中的团聚状态。采用Laplace公式近似估算了不同粒径的锌粉颗粒在镀液中的吸附力,结果表明,随颗粒粒度的减小,锌粉间的吸附力逐渐变大。
The surface morphology and granularity of Zn powders used for mechanical galvanizing were studied by SEM. The glomeration state of Zn powders in mechanical plating bath was analyzed. The adsorption forces between Zn particles with different sizes were estimated approximately by Laplace's equation. The results showed that the adsorption force between zinc particles is increased with decreasing particle size.
