摘要
文章阐述了非球面光学零件相对于球面零件的诸多优点及其在军事领域和一般工业领域的广泛运用,继而介绍了非球面光学零件加工的各种技术、方法以及其所适用的材料类型,例如单点金刚石车削技术、光学塑料成型技术、光学玻璃模压技术、ELID磨削技术等,并对国内外非球面光学零件的生产现状和相关设备做以概述,展望了非球面加工的研究方向和生产趋势。
In this paper, the aspheric optic part' s advantages compared with spherical optic part' s and the application to military affairs and industry are introduced. Further more, some technologies in the asphewic optic part are also introduced, such as single-point diamond cutting, optic plastic molding, ELID grinding, and so on. The producing status and relevant equipments of the aspheric optics part both inland and abroad are summarized, and the research direction and development trend about aspheric machining are sketched.
