摘要
针对液压挖掘机在进行挖掘作业时各杆件的运动情况,以PRO/E的CAM和CAE功能为基础,利用Mechanism和Mechanica两个模块,进行动态仿真,对其动力臂液压轴、斗杆液压轴、和铲斗液压轴进行应力分析,用图表表示仿真结果。
Aim at the member' s movement condition when hydraulic excavator at work. Base on the function of CAM and CAE of PRO/ENGINEER, by the module of Mechanism and Mechanica dynamic analysis were proceed. At the same time we made the stress analysis of the pressure of ann hydraulic axial, bucket rod hydraulic axial and shovel bucket hydraulic axial. At last we draw the result by the graph.
