摘要 针对普通车床数控化改造的现状与趋势,文中对其数控化改造的原理和结构方案进行了研究;建立了以MCS-51系列8031单片机为控制核心的总体改造设计方案模型;阐述了基于MCS-51单片机控制的X、Z向进给系统与电动刀架的设计计算和参数确定,微机数控系统硬件组成与软件设计及工作流程;实现并增强其自动化加工、稳定质量、提高工效和适用性,为企业数控化技术改造提供一种途径和方法。 In view of present situation and tendency to the conventional lathe numerical control transformation, the paper researched the principal and structure plan to the conventional lathe numerical control transformation, and, establishmented the complete reconstruction design proposal model based on the Single-Chip Computer MCS-51 series 8,031 as the control core, and, elaborated the enter for the system to X axis and Z axis and the design calculation and parameter determination to the electrically operated tool rest and the microcomputer numerical control system hardware composition and software design and work flow based on the Single-Chip Computer MCS-51, It was realized and strengthened to the automated processing and the stable quality and the work efficiency and the serviceability, It provides the path and method of teclmology improvement on NC in factories.
