Based on analyzing the definitions and characteristics of Schedule M anagenment of the networkbased manufacturing Project, gives a multi-levels and multi-phases schedule controlling model, then analyzes the methods to Schedule Management under the progress bias degress. This model can greatly improve the efo ficiecy of collecting and analyzing the proceeding data, so as for the core-company to make decisions timely and adjust its plan to prearranged goal of the project.
