Transurethral Incision in Bladder Neck for Treating Female Bladder Neck Obstruction

目的:评价经尿道膀胱颈切开治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的疗效。方法:12例经影像尿动力学和膀胱镜检查诊断为膀胱颈梗阻的女性患者,行经尿道膀胱颈切开术,采用SPSS软件比较术前术后尿动力学参数。结果:12例患者术后平均最大尿流率(Qmax)21±4.7mL/s较术前平均Qmax8.4±3.2mL/s显著增加,平均排尿量305±122mL较术前185±82mL显著增加,平均残尿量16.5±12mL较术前135±121mL显著减少,排尿症状明显改善。结论:经尿道膀胱颈切开治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻疗效显著。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of transurethral incision in bladder neck for treating bladder neck obstruction in women. Methods： Bladder neck obstruction was diagnosed in 12 women by videourodynamic method and urethrocystoscopy, transurethral bladder neck incision was performed in all patients. The urodynamic parameters were compared. Results： After operation, the average change in maximal flow rate was 21±4. 7 vs 8.4±3.2mL per second before operation. The average change operation in voided volume was 305±122 vs 185 ±82mL before. Average change in post-void residual urine after was 16.5±12 vs 135 ±121mL operation. After treatment, the lower urinary tract symptoms were significantly improved. Conclusions.. Transurethral incision in the bladder neck was effective in treating bladder neck obstruction in women.
