环吊牛腿是核电站重要承载构件,必须确保其制作质量.本文从材料的选择、工艺参数制定以及工艺保证措施等方面出发,科学分析,严格执行工艺,有效控制焊接质量,成功的制作了环吊牛腿,此制作经验对厚板大型的承载构件制作提供一定的指导和借鉴作用.
The corbel of ring crane is a crucial load-carrying structure used in a nuclear power station. The structure was successfully fabricated by properly selecting the materials required, carefully formulating the fabrication procedures and the relevant quality control system, and strictly implementing the procedures. Particularly, a proper post-welding heat treatment was crucial to the fabrication. The fabrication experience provides some a guidance and references for the manufacture of large-sized load-carrying structures.
