来氟米特联合白芍总甙治疗系统性红斑狼疮28例

Leflunomid combined with total glucosides of paeony to treat 28 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的观察来氟米特与白芍总甙治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床疗效及实验室指标的变化。方法将56例SLE患者分为2组。观察组28例采用来氟米特联合白芍总甙治疗,对照组28例采用来氟米特治疗,均治疗12周,对比2组临床疗效及各项实验室指标的变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为85.7%,对照组总有效率为67.9%,2组有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SLE活动指数评分和实验室指标较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),也优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组间不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论来氟米特联合白芍总甙治疗SLE效果好,副作用小,优于单独使用来氟米特。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and the changes of laboratory index of leflunomid combinded with total glucosides of paeony to treate systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods Fifty-eight patients with SLE were divided into observed group and control group. The observed group were treated with total glucosides of paeony and leflunomid,the control group were treated with leflunomid. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks. Comparison of the therapeutic effects and the changes of laboratory index. Results The totale effective rate was 85.7% in observed group and 67.9% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were signficant difference in systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index（SLEDAI） and laboratory index pre-and post-treatment of the observed group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, and they were better than those in control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of adverse effect was not significant between two groups. Conclusion Leflunomid combined with total glucosides of paeony is effective for SLE with quick-acting efficacy,less adverse effect, and have advantage of using leflunomid alone.
