摘要
以红砂岩和粉煤灰为主要原料制备烧结砖,研究红砂岩的物相组成、生产工艺条件以及烧结温度对烧结砖物理性能的影响。结果表明:在1080℃烧结1.5h,烧制的砖体物理性能为最佳,表观密度为1520㎏/m3,抗压强度为17.25MPa,达到烧结普通砖的国家标准。
The effects of the crystal form of red sandstone, productive techniquc and sintering temperature system on preparing sintering brick which was synthesized by using red sandstone with fly ash were studied. Results showed that, when the sintering temperature is at 1080℃ and sintering time is 1.5h, the sintering brick demonstrates the best physical performance with the apparent density, being 1520 kg/m^2 and the compression strength being 17.25MPa, which meets the National Standards ofsintering bricks.
