摘要
本文对金属基复合材料用增强碳纤维的涂层技术研究作了综述。讨论了用电镀、化学镀、化学气相沉积、溶胶-凝胶、热扩散和热浸等技术获得金属、氧化物、碳化物、氮化物及硼化物纤维涂层的状况并指出了存在的问题及可能的解决途径。
This paper summarizes the studies about carbon fibre coatings for fabrica_ ting metal-matrix-composites. The states of carbon fibre coatings of metal, oxide, carbide, nitride and boride resulted from electroplating, chemical plating, chemical vapour deposition, sol-gel method, heat diffusion and heat bath are discussed and some adviss for the choice of fibre coatings is put forward.
