独立学院主要面向地方和区域经济培养应用型、技能型本科人才,技能培养可通过有效的职业教育来实施。阐述了在独立学院开展职业教育的必要性,探讨了以构建职业能力培养为主线的实践教学体系,以增强职业能力为目标的职业技能鉴定工作,将就业指导贯穿于人才培养计划始终的职业教育方式。

Independent institute mainly trains the applied and skillful talents facing the local and regional economy. Skill training may be implemented through effective professional education. This paper has elaborated the necessities of developing professional education in independent institute, and has discussed the practical teaching system for the construction of students＇ occupation ability, professional skill appraisal for the consolidation of students professional ability,and the professional education in which employment is the ultimate goal of talent training.
