摘要
击针在打击底火时必须具有一定的能量才能可靠地打燃底火。对于同一种枪弹而言,在不同的击发条件下,击发所需的能量也是不同的。以某枪为例,应用大型有限元分析软件对它的击发过程进行动态仿真,从而得出此枪可靠击发时击针需要具有的能量和速度,为自动武器的击发机构设计和改进提供了理论依据。
There's sufficient energy when the firing pin strikes primer successfully. One bullet needs different amount of energy to trigger in different conditions. This paper takes one gun for example ,emulates its percussion by finite element method. The energy and velocity of firing pin is got, which supply theoretical foundation for the design and improvement of percussion mechanism of automatic weapon.
