摘要
对国内目前采用外镀法电镀CBN制造外啮合齿轮状珩齿刀工艺过程中出现的问题进行了分析,结合国内外相关方面的研究成果,提出了采用内镀结合铸造的新工艺来制造高精度CBN外啮合齿轮状珩齿刀。通过分析,此工艺不仅提高了刀具的精度,还提高了刀具寿命。
This paper analyzed the problems which occurred in the electroplating process used in manufacturing gear honing tool with positive electroplating CBN,combined with the related research results at home and abroad,a new process which combining negative electroplating with cast to manufacture high precision CBN gear honing tool was promoted. According to the analysis,this process improves not only the tool precision and its machining precision,but also the tool cutting life.
