摘要
利用计算机图像处理技术实现铁谱图像诊断自动化是铁谱技术发展的目标。铁谱原始图像需要平滑、滤波、磨粒分割等预处理,才能有效地减少噪声污染并简化数据处理。探讨了铁谱图像的预处理技术,采用自动阈值分割法对某内燃机铁谱图像进行处理,验证了该方法的有效性。
How to realize the automatization of ferrograph diagnosis by PC image processing is the research targets in the development of ferrograph technique,and in order to reduce noise and simplify data processing,the processing of original image is the neccessary step,which directly affects the following processing. In this paper,some methods of processing original ferrograph such as smoothing, filtering,and threshold value method are discussed,and a new method named particle partition is developed, which is based on threshold value method. These methods are applied to the processing of a real ferrograph and some satisfactory results are obtained ,which verifies the validity of the methods.
