介绍了一种基于语音专用压缩硬件进行语音编解码的数字化语音存储与回放系统的设计,阐述了系统的硬件、软件设计及其功能与工作过程,适合于多个领域应用。
In this paper,we introduce the design of a digital voice memorization and playback system based on the special voice compression hardware ,and its hardware and software are discussed, the function and working-operation are described ,this system can be applied to many fields.
