数控万能水切割机自动编程系统的基础问题研究

Research on Basic Problem of Automatical Programming System of NC Super-high Pressure Water Jet Cutting Machine

利用AutoCAD的二次开发工具ObjectARX2000开发水切割机的自动编程系统,重点分析了AutoCAD二维图形信息的提取、图形信息的排序处理和区分零件图形内外轮廓的具体方法,并以实例验证了该方法的可行性。

This paper presents an automatical programming system of numerically controlled super-high pressure water jet cutting machine. The paper puts emphasis on the recognition of planar graphics information of AutoCAD.the queuing of planar graphics information and the partition of inner and outer outline of graphics. Finally.an example is cited.
