摘要
高效电火花铣削加工是在综合考虑电火花成型加工和高速铣削两种工艺优势的基础上提出的。通过分析实验室自身条件,将一台台式钻床改装成高效电火花铣削机床,初步的实验数据表明,其加工效率已经达到暂定的要求。
Comparing the disadvantages and advantages of high speed milling and modulated EDM, this paper put forward the high efficiency ED-milling. After analyzing our own lab equipments and conditions,we reassembled a drill press to be a high efficiency ED-milling machine tool. From the data we have got,we found that the working efficiency had satisfied our first requirement.
