通过对过程能力指数的简单介绍,阐明了对过程能力指数的评价原则及过程能力指数对产品合格率的影响,并制定了改进策略,从而保证产品质量。
Firstly the paper introduces the conception of PCI （Process Capability Index）, Secondly, it explicates the evaluation principle of PCI ,and analyzes the influence of PCI on the percent of pass of product. By improving the PCI ,the product qulity can be ensured.
