摘要
制盐蒸发器换热管常常出现结盐现象,本文通过实验对钛管式制盐蒸发器换热管的污垢热阻特性进行了研究。实验在温度62℃、73℃、85℃,盐液中晶体浓度为16.5kg/m3、10.5kg/m3、3.5kg/m3,盐液速度为2.0m/s、1.5m/s、1.0m/s的9个不同组合工况下进行,发现钛管污垢热阻随时间的成长曲线呈渐近线,实验工况下渐近污垢热阻在1.26×10-4 m2.K/W~5.83×10-4 m2.K/W之间。通过回归分析,得出了污垢预测模型。
Salt incrustation often happens in heat exchange tubes of salt making evaporator,Through experiment,this paper studies the foul characteristic of titanium heat exchange tubes in salt making evaporator,Experiment is conducted under nine different operation conditions,in which temperature is 62℃,73℃ and 85℃ respectively,crystal density is 16.SKg/m^3,10.SKg/m^3 and 3.SKg/m^3 respectively,brine flow is 2.0m/s,l.Sm/s andl.0m/s respectively.h is found that fouling resistance in titanium tubes becomes an asymptote as time passes by.Under the experiment condition,asmptote fouling resistance is between 1.26×10^-4m^2.K/W-5.83×10^-4m^2.K/ W.Foul estimation model is obtained through regression analysis.
