摘要
用实证分析的方法分析了公司治理结构与企业绩效的关系,对公司治理结构与企业绩效的实证研究进行综述,为完善公司治理结构提出了若干建议。
The relation of corporation administration structure and enterprise＇s performance was analysed with the real example analysis. Empirical study on them was narrated to perfect company＇ s administration structure and several suggestions have been proposed to improve the performance.
