摘要
介绍了绩效管理概念,指出了绩效考核实施过程中应注意的问题,针对企业绩效管理工作中存在的问题,提出相应的对策。
The paper introduced the concept of performance management and pointed out some question that should be paid attention to in implementation of assessment . The corresponding countermeasure was also been put forward according to the existing question in enterprise＇s performance management.
