技术采纳与跨国生产率差异研究评述

A Comment on the Ties between the Technological Adoption and the Transnational Productivity Difference

解释落后国家为什么不能采纳前沿技术以缩小与发达国家在生产率上的差距,是近年来增长经济学的一个重要研究方向,现有的研究主要从技术扩散的特点、技术进步与要素积累之间的相互作用、技术的适宜性和制度与政策差异等方面予以解释。本文综述有关前沿研究文献,并简要说明其政策含义。

It is one of important research aspects that explain why some lagged countries have not adopted newer technologies to reduce the productivity gap. The existed literatures explain it by the ways of the behaviors of technology diffusion, interactions between technology change and factor accumulation, the appropriability of technology, and the differences of institutes and policy. In this paper, we will survey the pertinent fronted literatures and show their policy implications in brief.
