攀枝花钛渣组合式流化床氯化制备TiCl_4的研究 被引量:7

Preparing Titanium Tetrachloride by Carbochlorinating Panzhihuan Titanium Slag with Combined Fluidized Bed

摘要 以攀枝花高钙、镁钛渣为原料,采用组合式流化床反应器进行氯化制备TiCl4的研究,试验结果表明:组合式流化床反应器具有较强的抗粘结能力,其设备单位面积的TiCl4产能达到38-76t/(m^2·d),为普通沸腾氯化反应器的1—3倍。 To prepare titanium tetrachloride, ParLzhihua titanium slag containing high calcium oxide and magnesium oxide is carbochlorinated in a combined fluidized bed reactor. The stickiness resistance of the reactor and the chlorination capability of Panzhihua titanium slag are tested under hot reaction conditions. The experimen- tal results show that combined fluidized bed is of good stickiness resistance in the presence of calcium chloride and magnesium chloride. The production capacity of the reactor for titanium tetrachloride is up to 38 - 76 t/ (m^2 ·d), which is 1 - 3 times of that of conventional fluidized bed reactor.
