摘要
用镁合金脱氧剂在MgO质感应炉上对低碳钢进行了脱氧行为的研究。实验主要选取AlMg、SiCaBaMg、SiCaBaAlMg镁系合金与Al进行脱氧对比,考察了脱氧后钢水的T[O]、[S]以及夹杂物的变化情况。与Al相比,SiCaBaAlMg包芯线、AlMg1#脱氧效果较明显,镁合金在脱氧的同时具有稳定的脱硫能力,并且脱氧后夹杂物的粒径有不同程度减小。
The deoxidation behavior of magnesium alloy in low carbon steel was investigated in a MgO crucible of induction furnace. The deoxidation effect of AIMg , SiCaBaMg, SiCaBaAIMg and Al as deoxidizer was compared in "the experiment, and the change of T[O], [S] and inclusion content in the steel during the course of deoxidization was researched. The results show that the deoxidizing capability of SiCaBaAIMg and AIMg 1^ # is better than that of Al. The magnesium alloy also has good desulphurizing capability during the course of deoxidization, and the grain size of the deoxidization inclusion is fined.
