摘要
根据气动跑车防护工作原理图,研究了摆杆机构最大开启位置和最小开启位置,推导出了气缸的行程选型计算公式以及气缸的其它参数。该气动跑车防护装置具有综合刚性及柔性挡车器的优点,安全性高,操作灵活,外型美观,柔性元件用C型环定位,更换方便,确保了斜巷运输的安全运行。
We conduct an investigation in work theory of wobbler fur thest opening and least opening, derivation method of calculation air cylinder length of trave, and determine other parameter of air cylinder. It synathesize merit of rigidity and flexibility resist device, safety is tall of hooker- on and is handled easily, its shape beautiful and dignified, flexibility organ was fixed by C mode, change the flexibility organ easily, ensure safety in production of transport by inclined drifts.
