摘要
从催化剂体系和反应条件等方面,综述了酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯的研究新进展。介绍了硫酸二甲酯法、环烷基碳酸酯法和甲醇、环氧烷、CO2一步合成法,并评价所用催化剂的性能,分析了这些合成方法的优缺点。
The recent progress in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) via transesterification is reviewed in terms of catalysts and reaction conditions. The technologies of synthesizing dimethyl carbonate by the dimethyl sulfate method, cyclic carbonate method and one-pot method from methanol, epoxides, and CO2 are introduced. The catalysts used are evaluated and the advantages and the shortcomings of the technologies are compared. Synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by transesterification has the prospect of commercialization.
