摘要
新增硕士研究生培养单位存在着低层次办学基础与高层次人才培养要求、管理经验欠缺与高素质人才培养要求、模仿学习与创新要求的系列矛盾。规范研究生教育管理以保障研究生的培养质量是新增硕士单位解决上述矛盾并实现人才培养转型任务的根本途径;而在规范的基础上同时采取必要的创新措施以培养适应时代需要的创新人才,则是新增硕士单位研究生教育的生命力之所在。
The newly-increased master unit confronts a series of dilemma between a low basic and high-level personnel training for it lacks experiences and first-class personnel training, imitation and innovation. Standardizing the rules of postgraduate administration is the basic approach to resolve above-mentioned contradiction. Above all, it can achieve the task of personnel training transference. Therefore, it is essential to take some necessary measures to develop the postgraduate education in the newly-increased master unit.
