摘要
以昆明种小鼠为研究对象,通过建立灌服罗汉果提取液的小鼠递增负荷的游泳训练实验模型,测定小鼠力竭游泳与力竭爬绳时间、耐缺氧及耐高温时间,探讨了服用不同剂量罗汉果提取液对递增负荷训练小鼠生理机能的影响。结果表明:(1)一定范围内,小鼠生理机能的提高程度与服用罗汉果剂量大小呈现明显的依赖性;(2)不同剂量罗汉果对小鼠生理机能影响呈现出典型的双向效应,剂量增大效果逐渐增强,但剂量继续增大时,反而出现抑制现象;(3)15.0g/k·w·d剂量的罗汉果对提高小鼠生理机能效果最为明显。结论:罗汉果在提高小鼠身体机能方面具有积极作用,且15.0g/k·w·d剂量的效果最为显著,为最佳给药剂量。
Based on the study-objects of male Kunming mice, through the experiment mode on tcain of increasing intensity of the mice which has been taken Luo Han Guo. This article tests mice's exhausted swimming and climbing time. This study investigate the influence efficacy of the different dosage of Luo Han Guo on physiological function in mice of increasing in- tensity train. Results:( 1 )After taken Luo Han Guo, mice's physiological function is considerably improved in depending the scope of dosage; (2)There is the double to efficacy of the different dosage of Luo Hart Guo on physiological function in mice; (3) We can apparently promote mice's physiological function after taking the dosage of 15.0g/k·w·d Luo Han Guo. Conclusion: There is aggressive effect on promoting physiological function in mice, and the efficacy of dosage of 15.0g/k· w· d Luo Han Guo is obvious. It is the best taking dosage.
