通过采用文献资料法,专家访谈法。从分析运动员人事管理的特殊性、流动性、艰巨性、时效性、针对性等特点入手,提出了运动员管理对策。
This essay adopts the method of literature and material, and visiting to experts, from the feature of the man-resource management to analyze the special athletes, which is particularity, mobility, difficulty, efficiency, pertinency, and so on. It and also offers countermeasures.
