摘要
通过以体育社会学、体育心理学、社会心理学等理论为基础,采用问卷调查、文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,就目前陕西省高校教师体育锻炼主观体验与客观行为问题进行了深入研究。其目的在于:客观把握陕西省高校教师参与体育锻炼行为状况;探索影响其体育锻炼的内、外因素;为教育管理决策提供教师参与体育锻炼尽可能充分、详实的第一手资料。主要结论:陕西省高校教师对体育锻炼认识客观正确;未形成良好的体育锻炼习惯;体育人口数量缺乏;体育锻炼伙伴选择单一;工作忙、家务忙是阻碍他们参与体育锻炼的主要因素。
With the methods of questionnaire, documents, experts interview, statistical analysis, this paper has made a thorough study on the behavioral problems of college teachers participating in physical exercise in shaanxi province, based on the theories of Sport Sociology, Sports Psychology and Social Psychology etc. The purposes of the research are objectively to grasp their physical exercise behavior condition, explore the surface and deep reasons that affect their physical exercises and to provide for administration the detailed first material of the teachers. In conclusion, the college teachers already have formed the correct cognization about physical exercise and they have not got a good habit of physical exercise. The sports population their physical exercise partner choice lack. The busy work and house work are the primary factor that hinder them from participating physical exercise.
