摘要 随着社会的进步和新生事物的层出不穷,普通高校的体育教学活动也在不断更新和发展,很多新的教学项目被引入我国的普通高校,比如网球,壁球,地滚球还有野外生存,定向运动,传统的教学项目受到挑战。定向越野运动的引入,给我们高校带来了崭新的前景和丰富的内容,通过对定向越野运动的分析和探讨,分析目前高校大学生的身心健康的特点,深入研究了当代大学生身心健康和体育教育的关系,为了更好在高校开展定向越野活动,丰富定向越野运动在高校的内容和途径提出好的建议。 With the drastic change of the society, the physical activities in the university have been improved a lot. Many new activities have been introduced such as tennis, squash, boccie and field survival training, directional movement, which enrich the teaching methods, widen the horizon of both the students and teachers and activate the initiative of students. The traditional teaching programs are faced with challenge. The introduction of directional movement offers us a new prospect and rich content. Each participant can gain fun, which does good to the physiology and psychology of those college students. The author analyses the characteristics of college students" mentality and physiology on the basis of the teaching practice in the university. The paper also approaches the relationship between the college students" mentality and physiology, and the physical teaching according to the analysis of directional movement and the cultivation of the college students" mentality and physiology. Constant effort has been made for the purpose of developing and enriching directional movement in the university.
