广西隆安县布鲁杆菌病高危人群感染率及其相关因素调查

Study on mechanisms and related factors of brucellosis infection among occupational population in Longan County of Guangxi

目的了解广西隆安县布鲁杆菌病高危人群感染率及其相关因素，掌握广西布鲁杆菌病疫情趋势及发展动态．为采取预防措施，提供科学依据及防制对策。方法收集2004年广西隆安县布鲁杆菌病高危人群血清标本，采用凝集试验（SAT）方法进行检测，同时对个案资料进行回顾性分析。结果布鲁杆菌病高危人群抗体总阳性率为12．1％（51／421）；兽医职业其布鲁杆菌抗体阳性率与工龄呈正相关，其相关系数r=0．97，线性回归方程为y=1．14＋0．19x，P〈0．01；高危人群布鲁杆菌病男女间性别差异有统计学意义（Х^2=5．45，P〈0．05）；行业间与工龄间比较，兽医工龄1～9、10～19年两组之间SAT差异有统计学意义（Х^2=4．25，P〈0．05）。结论广西隆安县布鲁杆菌病高危人群感染率与工龄及工种呈正相关线性回归关系：

Objective To investigate the prevalence, trends and changes, as well as risk factors of brucellosis infection among occupational population in Long＇an County of Guangxi in order to provide evidence for designing and implementing prevention policies. Methods In 2004, serum samples were obtained from occupational groups and assayed with SAT. Case information was reviewed retrospectively. Results The overall positive rate for anti-brucella antibody was 12.1%（51/421 ） in the occupational population. Among veterinarians, the anti-brucella antibody seroprevalence was shown to be positively correlated with the working years （r = 0.97,y = 1.14 ＋ 0.19 x,P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a significant difference of the brucellosis infection between males and females （Х^2 = 5.45,P 〈 0.05）. The difference of SAT between the veterinarians working for 1 - 9 years and 10 - 19 years was statistically significant （Х^2 = 5.45 ,P 〈 0.05） when type of work and working periods were considered; the infection rates were significantly different（Х^2 = 4.25,P 〈 0.05） between vegetarians and sperm collectors. Conclusion Brucellosis infection rates were positively correlated in linear aggression with occupations and working years in Long＇an County of Guangxi.
