生物芯片在胃癌药物病理学研究中的先导作用 被引量:3

摘要 生物芯片是后基因组时代医学研究中的重要手段,其在转录组、蛋白质组与肿瘤功能基因组研究中的作用日益突出。基因芯片、蛋白芯片与组织芯片构成了生物芯片的主体,该技术有望在胃癌特异性标志物发现上发挥作用。药物病理学是临床病理学领域的新兴分支学科,其主要工作是利用病理学手段识别肿瘤组织存在的分子靶点,为临床针对性靶向治疗提供用药依据。 Biomicroarray is an important technique in the medical research at postgenome era, especially in the transcriptomic, proteomic and oncogenomic research. Biomicroarray is mainly composed of gene microarray, protein microarray and tissue microarray, which may function in identifying tumor-specific markers for gastric cancer. Pharmaco-pathology is a novel branch in clinical pathology, whose main work is identifying molecular targets on tumor tissues by pathological methods and supplying evidence for targeted drug therapy.
